At The Sleep & Grow Co. our focus is to bring you a sleep solution that is delivered with support and empathy. We not only provide a variety of packages to help with bedtime battles, frequent wake ups, early risers and everything inbetween, but we provide unwavering support and guidance from the very first night.

 

Our sleep plans are simple, unique & easy to follow. Each plan is tailored for you and your child by Vikki Dickinson, our baby and child expert. Vikki’s support is based on her qualifications in paediatric sleep and child development, her years of experience with families worldwide and a genuine passion for working with babies and children.

NURTURE

Our approach towards sleep training is gentle. We use only positive techniques to promote relaxation, settling and safe sleeping for your child.

SUPPORT

All of our programs come with 3 weeks of follow up support, so once you have completed your initial program we will be there to help you through any bumps in the road such as teething, daylight savings and time zone changes.

EDUCATE

With an extensive background in childcare and development, Vikki has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to raising healthy happy babies and children. Throughout her program, she arms parents with educated techniques to support their child’s development.

COMMON CHALLENGES

Our approach is not just another quick fix.  Together we will implement a plan and routine that WILL work for your entire family.  You will learn techniques and methods that you can refer back to again and again whenever you hit a bump in the road such as teething, holidays or even for a new sibling.  The Sleep & Grow Co. plans are sustainable for the long term.

CATNAPPING / FREQUENT WAKERS

Does your little one wake frequently throughout the night? Do they take small naps that aren't assisting their mood and wellbeing throughout the day? Are they waking grumpy or fussy?

ESTABLISHING ROUTINE

Are you dreading the wind down to bedtime in the evenings? Does your little one require extra attention (patting/rocking/holding) in order to sleep? Is there tantrums and crying or just no consistency in your bedtime routine at all?

EARLY RISERS

Have your children been waking before the sun in the morning? Early risers tend to burn out quickly - are you experiencing early morning's and afternoon's full of tantrums and tiredness?

SELF SETTLING
